Privacy policy

This policy explains how SELVANEGRA FUTURA, S.L.U. processes the personal data it receives through this website (selvanegrafutura.com) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

The data you send us through the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. For security reasons we also log the IP address and the date and time of submission.

3. Purpose

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a service proposal. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not create profiles.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the form (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and, when you ask us for a proposal, pre-contractual measures (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The security log is kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the website against misuse (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Retention

We keep the data as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. If no business relationship follows, we delete it no later than twelve months after the last contact. If a relationship follows, we keep it for its duration and for the applicable legal periods.

6. Recipients

We do not pass your data on to third parties unless required by law. Messages are stored on our own servers in the European Union. Website traffic passes through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as a processor for the secure delivery of the pages. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which covers any international transfers.

7. Visit statistics

To understand which pages are visited, we measure visits with Umami, an open-source program running on our own servers. It does not use cookies and stores nothing on your device. Your IP address is only used at the moment of the visit to estimate the country and to count visits without duplicates by means of an encrypted value that changes periodically; the IP address is not stored. The data is statistical, does not leave our servers, is not passed on to third parties and is not combined with other data. We delete it after 25 months. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used in order to improve it (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we do not measure your visit, and you can object at any time by writing to us.

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@selvanegrafutura.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
